The Sneaker Mirror

Created for Kicksburgh 2009 by Jesse Chorng, the same fellas that brought you Sneakerology, this new interactive installation offers another technological advancement in the concept of sneaker identity. The Sneaker Mirror reproduces pixels via a live webcam feed using images of over 100 iconic sneaker models which in essence reflects a viewers image on a projection screen and recreates the pixels using the aforementioned kicks. Sneaker Pimps is about to kick off their 2009 USA Tour. Sneaker Pimps will hit Los Angeles first and Houston, Texas is on deck. The Los Angeles event takes place on May 1st at Vanguard LA.
